We will set the Call Back Date to recall a month before possible reviews and generate Information Email or Post Requests to ensure you are included to tender and meet any special requirements.

 

 

If the contract is to be advertised in the EU Journal or any other platform you will be advised.

 

 

Rolling Contract

 

 

Most Companies in rolling contracts will only review when there has been a decline in service levels. However, in some cases they also review to carry out a costing excerise.

 

 

We will contact these prospects on a regular basis to build a relationships and to ensure that, when the time comes for them to review their contract, we are well positioned to get an appointment for you.
