Sadlers have been providing telemarketing support to Lakethorne Group Services for almost a year now.


I have to be honest with over 20 years of managing the Sales & Marketing function across a range of market sectors, I have been sceptical about the value of outsourcing telemarketing until now. On recommendation of a colleague I approach Sadlers to provide ongoing telemarketing support whilst considered recruiting an in-house member of staff.


Suffice to say have no intention of returning the telesales function in-house. Sadlers professionalism and their high success rate in generating appointments and strong leads within a relatively short space of time has convinced me that outsourcing our telesales function permanently is a sound business decision.


Not only have we secured business from Sadlers telesales activity but we not have a very healthy pipeline of potential sales generated by the team. The benefits of outsourcing to Sadlers has also been the flexibility they offer in quieter times across the summer but also I do not have about holiday or sickness coverage as I would if I still employed an in-house telesales solution. The cost of outsourcing has been already covered by the successful contract we have won.
